YOUR CONTENT

You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display it as needed to run the services for you. This includes sending it to our service providers, such as AI services, so they can produce responses. Only submit content you have the right to use.

AI-GENERATED CONTENT

Responses produced by AI may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. They are for general information and personal reflection only. They are not financial, investment, legal, medical or other professional advice, and they do not guarantee any outcome. The decisions you make are your own. Where a decision matters, please get advice from a qualified professional.

PAID FEATURES

Some features may require payment. The price and billing period are shown before you buy. Purchases made through an app store are processed by Apple or Google under their terms, including their rules on billing and refunds. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Unless the law or the store's rules require otherwise, we do not refund the current period. We will give notice before changing a price for your next renewal.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The apps, websites, design, text, graphics, code and branding belong to Aiyoyo Studio or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the services for their intended purpose.

AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

We aim to keep our services running, but we do not promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features.

DISCLAIMER

To the extent the law allows, our services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY

To the extent the law allows, Aiyoyo Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or data, arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

SUSPENSION AND ENDING USE

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the services. You can stop using the services at any time and ask us to delete your account.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore will decide any dispute about them.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the services after a change, you accept the updated terms.
